Prime for 20, Train for 60

A Halo Sport training session has two parts — a Neuropriming phase and a hyperplasticity training phase.

Neuroprime for 20 minutes: Stretch, warm up, or visualize before training. Brain stimulation benefits begin 5 minutes into your session, so you can also jump right into your training.

Train for 60 minutes: Take off your headset (or keep it on to listen to music) and start training. Benefits continue for an hour after your Neuropriming session ends.
